Despite service of notice, the respondents are not represented. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioner complains that notwithstanding injunction ordered by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Additional Court, Serampore, Hooghly on 22nd January, 2021 in Title Suit No. 34 of 2021, the private respondents continue to disturb the petitioner. The petitioner has also been assaulted by the private respondents and has lodged a complaint in this regard.

The Officer-in-charge, Jangipara Police Station shall ensure that the order of injunction passed by the Civil Court is strictly implemented.

If necessary, a police picket comprised of one constable shall be posted at the suit premises, at the cost of the petitioner. The costs of such deployment shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith. The deployment shall be effected after payment of costs.

The Officer-in-charge, Jangipara Police Station shall also ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
