It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the revisional application was filed for quashing of the proceedings in criminal complaint case no.811 of 2022, which was pending before this Court of learned 4th Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur. On 17.4.2026 the proceedings before the Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur was withdrawn uncontested. It is for this reason the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present criminal revision application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed fresh application before this Court, the case status from the portal of district Court Paschim Bardhaman, which reflects that on April 17, 2026, the case is disposed of being uncontested and withdrawn.

None appears today for the opposite party no.2 being de facto complainant and to that extent, the affidavit of serve filed by the petitioner be taken on record.

In view of the development that has taken place, which is reflected from the case status, this Court do not find any reason to allow this proceeding to be further continued. 5.

Hence in view of the same, this revision application is dismissed as withdrawn.
