1. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that MAT 2198 of 2024 can be disposed of directing that the WPA 6527 of 2014 shall be heard analogously with WPA 7138 of 2025 along with all connected applications pending in the said writ petition.

2. With the aforesaid circumstances, MAT 2198 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

3. Consequently all connected pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
