1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept on record.

2. The petitioner contends that her application for education loan has not been considered by the respondent-Bank, which is refuted by learned counsel for the Bank, who contends that the Bank has rejected the said application.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank shall hand over a copy of the decision of the Bank rejecting such application to the petitioner within 48 hours from now.

4. In view of such rejection, W.P.A. No. 28032 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to

the petitioner to challenge the subsequent rejection by the Bank by way of a fresh writ petition.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
