Mr. Tanmay Basu Mr. Md. Aasif Iqbal ....for the petitioner Mr. Bibek Jyoti Basu ....for the State Mr. Basu, learned senior advocate appearing for the State, on instruction, submits that the encroachment made by the petitioner from the PWD road in front of Malda Hospital was removed in accordance with law. He submits that such fact has not been disclosed in this writ petition.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the submission that the petitioner was removed from a portion of the PWD road which was encroached upon by her. Petitioner has approached this Court praying for removal of encroachment upon the PWD road by other encroacher. The petitioner could not demonstrate any affectation of her right. It appears to this Court that the instant writ petition has been filed as the petitioner has been removed from a part of PWD road. For such reason, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 28986 of 2025 stands dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
