It is submitted by the learned counsel for the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, the alleged contemnor, that the order dated 12th May, 2023 has since been complied with. The Board has issued a show cause and reply thereunder has been received. The Board is in process of issuing charge sheet.

Time to complete the enquiry is extended by a period of three months from date mandatorily and positively.

The issue of subsisting allowance shall abide by the final result of the enquiry since the issue of suspension has been raised at a very belated state.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. 5.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors are dispensed with.

6.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
