.....for the State.
This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with Baranagar Police Station Case No.556 of 2022 dated 23.09.2022 under Sections 384, 506 read with Section 120B of the Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is a resident of a building complex where the de facto complainant is the secretary of the society. The petitioner was having differences with her husband. She made a representation in this regard. As a counter blast, the instant proceeding has not been instituted against her. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and submits that a notice under Section 41A of the
Code was given to the accused petitioner and the same was complied with.
Considering the nature of the allegations and the fact that the prime grievance of the de facto complainant seems to relate to the life style of the petitioner, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on her personal bond.
The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 6097 of 2022 is the disposed of.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
