The matter was called on 6th January, 2025 when it was passed over as the petitioner remained unpresented. The matter was called on at least twice prior to 6th January, 2025. Even today, no one appears for the petitioner. No one has sought for any adjournment. No one has also applied to represent the petitioner through virtual mode.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for default.

Interim order if any, stands vacated.
