Pursuant to the earlier direction dated 04.07.2025 State has submitted a report through the Superintendent of Police, Bankura. Report reflects that the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Administration), Bankura having his office at Police Office, Police Lines, Bankura, P.O. & Dist. - Bankura, PIN 722101 is the Zonal Supervising Officer of Barjora Police Station and has been nominated as the Designated Officer at the District Level.

The petitioner has been directed to submit the application before the said Officer for further processing of the issues for which the petitioner has approached this Court.

Accordingly, a copy of the compliance report prepared by the Superintendent of Police, Bankura be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Petitioner will henceforth communicate and take steps with the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Administration), Bankura. In view of the aforesaid, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. However, the State is directed to ensure that grievance of the petitioner is redressed preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of the application being filed before the nominated Officer.

Thus, WPA 29056 of 2022 is disposed of.

Connected application be also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
