1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The court finds it shocking that the petitioner has assailed the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal whereby and whereunder the petitioner's application was admitted for hearing.

2. When we made a query to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to why he has assailed the order whereby his Original Application before the Tribunal was admitted for hearing, he submits that the reason for assailing the order is that the W.S. filed was not in accordance with the rule.

3. We find no force in such submission to sustain challenge to the order dated 10.08.2023 in the present proceedings, which reads as follows:

"Ld. Counsel for both sides are present.

Admit, subject to legal pleas if any.

List the matter on 30.08.2023 for final hearing."

4. If there is any infirmity in the W.S. filed by the respondents, it is for the Tribunal to consider the same.

5. The writ petition is, thus, dismissed.
