The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, praying for a direction upon the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to comply with the provisions of Section 59 of the West Bengal Cooperative Societies Act, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act").

The petitioner in the instant case seeks for a general declaration without identifying any particular agreement executed in terms of Section 59 of the said Act.

4. The above appears to be in the form of a general declaration.

No cause of action appears to have been disclosed in the writ petition to move the same against the aforesaid respondents.

6. I am afraid in absence of the writ petition disclosing cause of action, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 7.

Having regard thereto, on the failure on the part of the petitioner to disclose the cause of action, the writ petition stands dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
