1) The matter had been mentioned for correction of the order dated March 11, 2026. 2) It is submitted by the Municipality that there is no Executive Engineer at present in the Municipality.

3) Under such circumstances, in the last line of Paragraph 13, Executive Engineer be corrected as an Assistant Engineer and/or a competent Engineer.

4) In view of the correction, the time for compliance of the order is extended for a period of eight weeks from date.

5) Accordingly, CAN 2 of 2026 is disposed of.

6) Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
