By this application, petitioner seeks correction of the cause title as also the order to reflect the correct name of the petitioner.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the name of the petitioner was incorrectly recorded in the FIR.

Petitioner relies upon on Adhaar Card to state the correct name of the petitioner.

State is represented.

In such circumstances, leave is granted to the learned Advocate on record for the petitioner to correct the name of the petitioner in the application for grant of bail. On such correction being incorporated, department will incorporate the corrected name of the petitioner in the order dated December 16, 2024.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly.
