1. In course of hearing of the appeal, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner wishes to withdraw the writ petition itself.

2. In such circumstances, since the writ petitioner desires to withdraw the writ petition, it would be appropriate to permit the writ petitioner to do so. Impugned order passed in such writ petition, therefore, cannot survive. Consequently the same is set aside.

3. Court is informed that the writ petitioner filed a proceeding before the debt recovery Tribunal on the basis of the impugned order.

4. Parties are at liberty to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum in view of the withdrawal of the writ petition by the writ petitioner, setting aside of the impugned order and this order.

5. MAT/2098/2022 along with connected application are disposed of accordingly.
