On 2nd December, 2024 it was specifically recorded that no further adjournment shall be granted to the petitioners. In spite of said order dated 2nd December, 2024 it appears that notices have not been served. However, Paschimbanga Samagra Siksha Mission being additional respondent, State-respondents and West Bengal Central School Service Commission are represented by learned advocates.

It appears petitioners have lost interest.

Writ petition stands dismissed.
