By consent of the parties, the order passed on 22nd December, 2023 is modified to the extent that the 6th respondent shall forward the application submitted by the petitioner under Section 3G(5) of the Act of 1956 to the learned Arbitrator, who shall consider and dispose of the application, in accordance with law, upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner/his authorised representative. The remaining portion of the order shall remain unaltered.
