Saha ...for the respondent nos. 4 and 5 The Court has considered the report of the Baguiati Police Station dated March 2, 2023, which is taken on record.

There is only a teething issue left to be dealt with i.e., access to the first floor from the ground floor for the son and his family members.

There is a staircase to reach the first floor. The staircase can be accessed on the ground floor, through a garage on the western side of the house, as well as through an office room on the ground floor. The son shall dismantle the metal shutter of the garage and install a door thereat after constructing a wall.

The articles lying in the garage may be relocated in the first floor and may also be used by the son and if not, may be relocated back to the ground floor.

The aforesaid exercise shall be carried out by the son, within a period of 15 days from date, mandatorily and positively.

The bathroom under the staircase on the ground floor shall be maintained by the son. All other proceedings shall continue in accordance with law except the civil suit that shall remain stayed. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
