Petitioner submits that there are a part of the dues left, although substantially he made payment in connection with Ex. 11M/20 which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Malda.

As the petitioner has expressed that he is facing financial stringency, I direct that petitioner in two instalments on each and every 45 days will clear rest of the dues which is the subject matter of EX 11M/20.

The warrant of arrest which has been issued be stayed till 20.03.2025. However, if the first payment is not made by 31.01.2025, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Malda will vacate the order of the stay relating to the warrant of arrest concerned and revive the warrant of arrest earlier issued by the said court.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 5221 of 2024 is disposed.
