1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in April, 2023. Thereafter four witnesses have been examined. In view of the aforesaid we are of the opinion trial has progressed substantially. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
