1. Learned counsel for the parties are present.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. In the instant matter, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 16th January, 2025. There was a condition in the said order that the petitioner shall surrender within four weeks but due to some surgery, the petitioner could not surrender within the prescribed time.

4. In the facts and circumstances, this application stands allowed.

5. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to surrender within four weeks from date before the learned Trial Court.

6. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
