1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of a case being GR No. 721 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Chandernagore, Hooghly.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that after charge was framed on 12th April, 2023, no witness has been examined till date and accordingly seeks for necessary direction to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

3. Considering the nature of prayer of this revisional application, service of notice stands dispensed with.

4. Learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Chandernagore, Hooghly is requested to dispose of the case being GR No. 721 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

5. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Judge for information and compliance.

6. With the above observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
