Heard the learned Lawyers for the parties.

Petitioner is the principal offender. He had shot at the victim. His culpability stands on a higher degree than coaccuseds who have been enlarged on bail. In view of the aforesaid circumstances particularly the principal role played by the petitioner in the murder, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
