The petitioner has sought correction/modification of the order passed on 22nd December, 2023 on the ground that the application filed by the petitioner under Section 3G(5) of the Act of 1956 ought to be considered by the learned Arbitrator and not the 6th respondent as recorded in the order.

By consent of the parties, the order passed on 22nd December, 2023 is corrected/modified to the extent that the 6th respondent shall forward the application submitted by the petitioner under Section 3G(5) of the Act of 1956 to the learned Arbitrator, who shall consider and dispose of the application, in accordance with law, upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner/his authorised representative.

The remaining portion of the order shall remain unaltered.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
