The petitioner had made a representation before the respondent no. 3 on 22.11.2023.

Learned counsel for the respondent appeared and state that they shall replace the defective meter. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that they shall consider the representation dated 22.11.2023 in a time bound manner within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is willing to withdraw the present writ petition in terms of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent.

In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition. Under these circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
