The petitioner would first cooperate with the investigating officer who has issued notice for production of the vehicle and the driver concerned. Once the petitioner produces the same, the petitioner's grievance would be addressed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic, Howrah City Police and the outcome of the same be communicated to the petitioner within a period of fortnight thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 29369 of 2024 is disposed of.

The report submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

All the parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of the order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
