1. None appears on behalf of the respondents. No accommodation sought for at the time of call. No affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondents in spite of direction passed by this Court on 18.12.2012.

2. Affidavit of service as well as intimation to the respondents filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

3. It is submitted by Ms. Ambiya Khatun, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner that the issue which is involved in the writ petition with regard to the termination of Smt. Gita Das (Nandi) issued vide Memo No. 514/PND/ICDS dated 07/12/2009 are covered under the decisions of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Chandana Manna @ Chandana Porey Vs. State of

West Bengal in MAT 1569 of 2014 disposed of by judgment and order dated 27.01.2015.

4. Considering the submission and in view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench and for the reasons already recorded in the aforesaid judgment passed by the Division Bench, the present writ petition being No. WPA 24628 of 2012 shall stand disposed of.

5. With the above observation, CAN 1 of 2024 is also thus disposed of.

6. The directions passed in the said judgment, i.e., Chandana Manna @ Chandana Porey (supra) shall apply to the instant writ application.

7. Copy of the said judgment filed in CAN application is already on record.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
