The only issue that remains to be considered in this proceeding is as to whether the respondents have acted in accordance with law in transferring the property to a thirty party.

The Reserve Bank of India has indicated that no formal permission is required except of compliance of sub-Rule 2 of Rule 30 of the Foreign Exchange Management (Non Debt Instruments) Rules of 2019. 3.

The respondents/transferor have complied with the same.

In that view of the matter, WPCRC 24 of 2025 is disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6.

In the event of any further violation by the respondents, the petitioner may take out civil proceedings in accordance with law.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.
