The petitioner seeks implementation of the resolution taken by the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur in board meeting held on September 19, 2023. The resolution records that the time table as indicated in the resolution shall be published provisionally within November 30, 2023 upon concurrence from the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the provisional time table has not been published in terms of the resolution till date.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the 4th respondent be directed to implement the resolution in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to implement the resolution taken in the meeting held on September 19, 2023 within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
