Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the cheque which was issued by the respondent no. 5 was dishonoured, accordingly, a complaint was lodged with Laketown P.S. but no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. The report reflects that already Laketown P.S. Case No. 465 of 2024 has been registered under the relevant sections of law.

In view of the case already been registered, the purpose for which the writ petition was filed has been subserved.

Accordingly, WPA 29371 of 2024 is disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the records. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
