The appellate remedy being provided against an order of injunction, petitioner is not remediless at the moment.

The revisional application is disposed of giving liberty to petitioner to prefer appeal before the appellate forum.

The period of limitation may be condoned in the event of filing a necessary application by the petitioner by the learned advocate taking advantage of this order.

The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned advocate on record upon retaining the photocopy of the same.
