Affidavit-of-service is taken on record. Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondent No.8. The court is not inclined to pass any mandatory orders as prayed for and hence the matter is taken up in the absence of the respondent No.8.

The petitioner contends that the engagement of the respondent No.8 to the post of Sangha Co-Ordinator of Natidanga-2 Mahila Swanirvar Bahumukhi Sangha Primary Cooperative Society Ltd, was erroneous. The petitioner claims to be better qualified and in possession of more experience and requisite qualification.

The writ petition is disposed with a direction upon the Block Development Officer, Karimpur Development

Block to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated December 5, 2022 being annexure P-5 to the writ petition. While disposing of the matter, the petitioner and the respondent No.8 shall be heard. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the claims of the petitioner.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
