Petitioner has lodged complaint with the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman on or about 15.11.2024 in respect of sudden pillars being removed which was affixed by the petitioner being Director of a Company. The nature of the accusation in the information submitted to the Superintendent of Police is against the private respondents although the same are in the nature of anticipation or apprehension but no specific accusation are against them.

State has submitted a report and the report also reflects that the police authorities also did not find any evidence to suggest of any breakage or damage to any boundary wall of pillars having been effected by any individual.

Report so submitted be kept with the report.

In view of the nature of the complaint, in future if the petitioner faces any obstruction he would file a fresh complaint to the police authority and the police authority will thereafter act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 29377 of 2024 is disposed of. Copy of the report so submitted be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
