Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Dying declaration of the victim shows petitioners had subjected victim to cruelty over demand of dowry. Petitioner no. 4 had an illicit relationship with her husband. In view of the aforesaid allegations we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
