Perused the case diary.

The prosecution case is that the victim was abducted for ransom by the petitioners along with others, in front of the witnesses. Somehow, the victim could extricate himself from the clutches of the miscreants and thereafter escaped.

Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the alleged victim and statements of other witnesses, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
