1. Perused the report filed by the Assistant Engineer, Building Department, Howrah Municipal Corporation signed on 10.02.2025.

2. It appears therefrom that a demolition order has been passed and the date for demolition has been fixed on 27.02.2025.

3. The Commissioner of Police, Howrah Police Commissionerate is directed to provide adequate police protection to the men and agents of the Howrah Municipal Corporation at the time of the demolition process.

4. The contempt application is made returnable on 27th March, 2025.

5. A progress report of the demolition work along with photographs shall be filed before this Court on the adjourned date.
