Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, no overact can be attributed to the petitioner. He submits that, all other co-accuseds granted either on anticipatory bail or bail.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor draws the attention of the Court to the order of rejection of the prayer for bail of the petitioner on August 8, 2024 passed in CRM (DB) 2480 of 2024.

Subsequent orders granting bail to the other co-accuseds on their participation in the incident does not allow us to return

a finding that no overact can be attributed to the petitioner in view of the earlier finding returned by the Coordinate Bench. 5.

There is hardly any material change in circumstance. 6.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 8.

CRM (DB) 4198 of 2024 and IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2025 are dismissed.
