1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and his mother had fraudulently induced the complainant to part with money on the false promise of giving employment in a school. Investigation is in progress. Involvement of the other victims may come out in the course of the investigation. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
