Chakraborty ...for the respondent nos. 7 and 8 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents allegedly received money for providing job but, in fact has duped him. To that effect, information was furnished with the Officer in Charge, Patashpur Police Station, however, no action was taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 7 and 8 is present and submits that the respondents are being falsely implicated at the behest of the petitioner. Learned advocate for the State submits a report. Report reflects that certain materials have been collected and pursuant to which Patashpur Police Station Case No. 631 of 2024 dated 15.12.2024 has been registered for investigation.

In view of the investigation having been commenced, the police authorities will take the investigation to its logical conclusion.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved by any step or stage of the investigation, petitioner would take out appropriate application after 60 days before the jurisdictional Magistrate in seisin of the matter. With the observations WPA 29587 of 2024 is disposed of.

State is directed to hand over a copy of the report to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
