Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned advocate for the State respondents files the report bearing Memo No.L.C.-73 dated February 08, 2024 of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), District : 24Parganas (South), the respondent no.4 herein, let it be kept with the record.

The report suggests that to switch over from CPF scheme to GPF scheme and to get the benefit of pension the petitioner is required to refund a sum of Rs.3,33,006/- (Rupees Three Lakh Thirty three Thousand Six only) in the concerned Treasury.

The petitioner is directed to refund the said amount within a period of seven days from date and upon refund of the said amount, the respondent no.4 shall forward the pension papers

to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, the respondent no.3 herein.

The respondent no.3 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the said papers and upon scrutiny of the same shall issue the necessary pension payment order.

The concerned authorities thereafter shall take forward steps for disbursement of family pension including the arrear in favour of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

WPA 28051 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
