1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner renews his prayer for bail.

3. We note date for consideration of charge is fixed on 29th January, 2024. Victim is yet to be examined. There is no change of circumstance since rejection of bail by this Court. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

5. Trial court is directed to examine the victim at the earliest.
