And In the matter of : Bhim Nath @ Debnath & anr. ...... petitioners Mr. Atis Kumar Biswas, Ms.Piyu Mandal ....for the petitioners Mr. Arani Bhattacharyya ....for the State Both the petitioners before us stand implicated in the incident of assault. The injured suffered fracture in the right ulna.

Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioners in such assault, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5556 of 2023 is disposed of.
