1. Exception to the report as filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. The present writ petition has been preferred primarily for the following reliefs;
"a) A Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Director General CRPF, and CAPFs authority to conduct psychiatric test of the petitioner, for which she was rejected and be allowed to join the training and subsequently recruitment as constable GD in CAPFs and serve the nation."

Mr. Singh, learned Advocate representing the petitioner, submits that the petitioner participated in a selection process conducted by the concerned respondent for recruitment to the post of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in the Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2024. The petitioner appeared in the online examination and qualified. She also cleared the PST (Physical Standard Test) and PET (Physical Efficiency Test), and was
thereafter asked to appear for the medical examination. It is submitted that the medical examination was not conducted properly.
The concerned doctor used his personal mobile phone and, based on the data appearing therein, abruptly concluded that the petitioner was unfit for the job. He submits that the petitioner's medical examination was not properly conducted, and such improper examination warrants interference in this writ petition.
4. Record reveals that a Coordinate Bench of this Court directed the concerned respondent to file a report in the form of an affidavit. Accordingly, a report in the form of an affidavit was filed on behalf of respondent no. 2. However, today, the respondents are unrepresented. The report notes that the petitioner uploaded her online application as an 'Unreserved' category "Female" candidate against the vacancy in the General District of West Bengal for recruitment to the post of Constable (G.D.) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in the Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2024.
Based on her performance in the Computer-Based Examination (CBE), the petitioner was called for the Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, document verification, and Detailed Medical Examination at the
Recruitment Centre at BSF Murshidabad on 06.11.2024. Upon appearing before the Detailed Medical Examination Board, certain multiple hesitation marks on her left wrist, other scar marks on her left thigh, and multiple hyperpigmented patches on both legs were detected. After the completion of the medical examination, she was declared unfit for the post due to "RIT - Adjustment Disorder." The petitioner applied for a Review Medical Examination, and even after the review, she was declared unfit for the post.
5. One Medical Board comprising certain medical experts, after conducting a Detailed Medical Examination of the petitioner, declared her unfit for the job. The Review Medical Examination was also conducted by a qualified medical expert. At this stage, this Court cannot sit in appeal over the decision of the Medical Board or the opinion rendered by the expert in the Review Medical Examination. Moreover, whether any particular doctor used his own cell phone during the examination is a disputed question of fact. Furthermore, the report indicates that no vacancy is available to accommodate the petitioner, and the selection process has already been concluded. In view of these facts, I am of the opinion that there is no scope for interference in the present writ petition.
6. With this observation and order, the writ petition is disposed of, however, without any order as to costs.
7. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from participating in any selection process that may be initiated by the respondents in the near future, if she is otherwise eligible to do so. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
