Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by a Division Bench of this Court on 13.12.2024 in CRM(A) 4383 of 2024, inter alia, on the condition to meet the investigating officer once a week until further orders. The petitioners have complied with the same. Now, charge-sheet has been submitted. Heard learned counsel for the State.

In view of the above and the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the relaxation of condition of anticipatory bail by waiving the condition to meet the investigating officer once a week until further orders. The rest of the order shall remain same.

The petitioners shall attend the jurisdictional court regularly. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
