In view of the provisions of Section 15(1)(a) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, this Court lacks the jurisdiction to receive, try and determine the writ petition. The writ petition, therefore, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh before the appropriate forum, if otherwise entitled to in law. The time spent between 21st December, 2023 and today (06.08.2024) shall be construed to have been proceeded with in a bona fide manner with regard to a matter before a Court without jurisdiction.
