This Court notes that two of the accused persons have been arrested and two constables have been posted for the petitioner's security.

It is ordered that the investigation into the subject FIR No. 383 of 2022 is completed within a period of one month from date.

Effective steps must be continued to bring out custody of the other absconding accused persons. Steps for proclamation and attachment may be taken if the warrant against absconding persons cannot be executed. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
