1. Petitioner is in custody for 185 days. He submits he suffers from 75% locomotive disabilities. Allegations against him are improbable. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer and submits report.

3. We have considered the materials on record. From the report we note that the petitioner suffers from disability in his hand. He has no difficulty in walking. Statements of witnesses show petitioner was present and participated in the offence.

4. Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts and the gravity of offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
