Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned orders dated 10th August, 2022 and 12th December, 2022 passed by the Certificate Officer, for recovery of the demand in question.

On perusal of the aforesaid impugned orders, I find no procedural irregularity or any illegality in passing the impugned order and neither any irregular exercise of the jurisdiction in passing such impugned order and accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 29126 of 2022 and the same is dismissed.
