Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner and the report submitted by the State are taken on record. It appears that the dispute between the parties is in respect of execution of deed of sale. The petitioner alleges that such deed has not been executed in his favour by the private respondents. The petitioner lodged a complaint before the learned Court under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure which was registered as FIR and specific case started. Charge sheet has been submitted on 22nd September, 2023 upon completion of investigation. Subsequently the petitioner lodged another complaint on 2nd December, 2023 and submits that the complaint has not been acted upon.

It appears from the report submitted by the State that pursuant to the complaint dated 2nd December, 2023, an enquiry was held and prosecution under Section

107/116 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been submitted against the private respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner has, therefore, been redressed. However, the police is directed to keep strict vigil over the area in order to avoid any untoward incident and to maintain peace and tranquility.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
