1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of the witnesses show petitioner and others had chased the victim who was subsequently shot dead. In view of the aforesaid materials on record implicating the petitioner in the crime and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
