1. The petitioner has certain allegations against the respondent no. 2, namely, M/S. CHOLAMANDALAM INVESTMENT AND FINANCE COMPANY LIMITED.

2. The respondent no. 2, being a private entity, the writ petition against the said respondent will not be maintainable.

3. No relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the proper forum for remedy, is so advised.

4. The writ petition stands dismissed.
